KnownSum provides general information only. Nothing on the site is tax, legal, financial or investment advice, and using the site does not create a professional relationship of any kind. The calculators do not know your full circumstances, so they cannot tell you what is right for you.

Results are estimates

Each result is an estimate based on the rules a page describes and the numbers you enter. We check every figure against its official source and show the date it was last verified, but rules change, and a calculator may leave out situations that apply to you. We do not guarantee that any result, figure or page is accurate, complete or up to date.

Check before you rely on a result
